Our founder spent those years running a government contracting company focused on energy and working alongside thousands of businesses pursuing federal work. The same pattern surfaced again and again: these were capable companies with proven products, services, and technical capabilities. What they lacked was not quality. It was direction. They did not know which agencies were worth pursuing, which opportunities they could realistically win, or how to position themselves to compete.
The resources available to them rarely fit. Enterprise platforms and traditional consulting firms were built largely for major contractors with substantial budgets, not for the small and mid-size businesses competing for the work.
